Recently converted to The Skyroom Cocktail Bar & Grill. Bringing a shot of old glamour and elegance. Cutrico was engaged to supply & install the air-conditioning & ventilation system along with the kitchen extraction. In order to meet our clients demands, we worked closely with the client’s interior designer to provide the right equipment for the installation. Cutrico installed a Toshiba VRF air-conditioning system comprising of various concealed units distributing air via grills throughout the restaurant. For the kitchen extraction, we installed a high temperature smoke fan in order to extract the fumes from the kitchen.
