H-Hotel, a newly built hotel in the centre of Paceville. Cutrico was entrusted with the supply & installation of the air-conditioning, ventilation & hot water systems. With regards to the air-conditioning system, we have installed 24 Toshiba VRF outdoor units connected with over 200 concealed indoor units. The air-conditioning system is connected to the room management system to keep running cost at its lowest, whilst ensuring to correct temperature for their guests. The spa, which also incorporates the indoor pools we have installed commercial dehumidifiers to keep the humidity levels at required norms. We have also installed 30 heat pump units with calorifiers to supply the domestic hot water for all the hotel along with 2 additional heat pumps dedicated in heating the indoor pool. In the conference rooms, apart from the VRF air-conditioning system, we have also installed a Toshiba heat recovery system to control the ventilation.
